The ASU-Beebe Adult Education Centers provide free testing and instruction to students 18 years of age or older who are seeking to obtain their GED diploma or who are looking to improve their basic skills.
Enrollment Process
*Students 18 years of age or older must schedule an appointment for initial registration and assessment.
*The Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) is administered to screen and determine placement information for reading, mathematics, and language.
*Upon test completion, students will meet with an adult education staff member to discuss their results and determine their class schedule.
*Registration for class is year-round. Call for initial enrollment information and an appointment for registration and assessment.
Class Information
*All instruction is provided by licensed, certified teachers. Individualized instruction is used to accommodate various academic levels.
*All classes and testing are free! Books and materials are provided in the classroom for students. Preparation in GED subject areas (Language Arts, Writing, Social Studies, Science, Language Arts-Reading, and Mathematics) and basic skills offered.
*Morning, afternoon, and evening classes are available. The normal class schedule for August through May on all campuses is as follows:

| Afternoon: | Monday through Thursday |
1:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m. |
| Night: | Tuesday and Thursday | 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. |
*A brief summer school session is available from the middle of May to the middle of June.
