ASU-Beebe invites high school seniors to participate in one of our On-Campus Vanguard Day events.
ASU-Beebe will host small, socially distanced, Vanguard Day events that will focus on specific academic programs at ASU-Beebe and provide students the opportunity to tour the campus. Students will also be able to visit with our Financial Aid Office to complete and submit their 2021-2022 FAFSA.
What to Bring for The FAFSA Workshop
Attendance at each Vanguard Day will be limited to 35 prospective students. Each attendee can bring a maximum of ONE guest with them. Students must RSVP below to attend.
This "open house" event is a combined effort of ASU-Beebe faculty and staff members to give prospective students and their families an opportunity to visit the campus and get a first-hand look at all the unique programs and fields of study that ASU-Beebe has to offer.

This day will highlight programs in our Arts & Humanities Division at ASU-Beebe.
Students interested in Arts & Humanities will learn how to begin a study in Education, Theatre, Music, English, Creative Art Enterprises, Political Science, History, Philosophy, Comparative Religion, Psychology, Sociology, and other areas before transferring to one of our 2+2 partners!
Space is limited to 35 students, plus one guest!
The event will begin in the Owen Center Theater on the ASU-Beebe campus.
Students will also have the opportunity to meet with Financial Aid staff to complete their 2021-2022 FAFSA and/or take a tour of our campus. Lunch will be provided.
ASU-Beebe's Division of Math & Science prepares students to transfer to 4-year science degrees or pre-professional programs in Nursing, Pharmacy, Dental Hygiene and more.
Students will learn about ASU-Beebe's two-year professional programs in which they can earn a degree in Veterinary Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Paramedic, Practical Nursing, and/or Pharmacy Technician.

This day will highlight the many career education programs offered on the ASU-Beebe campus.
Students interested in degrees in Agriculture, Business, Auto-CADD, Drafting, Computer Information Systems or Computer Systems/Network Technology are encouraged to attend this Vanguard day! Students will learn about our workforce-ready majors as well as our transfer majors within the career education field.

ASU-Beebe's Division of Career Education, located on our Searcy campus, prepares students to enter the workforce in a variety of technical fields. These fields include Heating & Air Conditioning, Automotive Technology, Computerized Machining, Diesel Technology, Industrial Technology, Power Sports and Welding. Students who attend this event will get an opportunity to tour the labs of the programs in which they are interested and speak with the instructors about opportunities available to them after graduation.
Space is limited to 25 students plus their guest!
The event will take place on the ASU-Beebe Searcy Campus.
Students will also have the opportunity to meet with Financial Aid staff to complete their 2021-2022 FAFSA and/or take a tour of our campus. Lunch will be provided.
Join our faculty and staff on the beautiful ASU-Beebe Heber Springs Campus at the base of Sugar Loaf mountain to learn about the affordable education opportunities available to you.
Space limited to 15 students, plus one guest!
The event will take place on the ASU-Beebe Heber Springs Campus.
Students will also have the opportunity to meet with Financial Aid staff to complete their 2021-2022 FAFSA and/or take a tour of our campus. Lunch will be provided.
Social Distancing Guidelines
- Students may bring only one (1) guest with them to Vanguard Day. Students attending Vanguard Day on the Heber Springs campus should email Tori at veware@asub.edu to confirm capacity after registering.
- Students and their guests will be expected to maintain six feet of distance between themselves and other attendees at all times.
- Face masks are required while inside the building. Disposable face masks will be available for free at check-in if you do not have your own face covering.
