The Testing Center on each campus is a part of the Division of Student Services. The Testing Center adheres to the professional standards and ethical guidelines required by the National College Testing Association (NCTA).
Our mission is to create optimal testing services as students engage in quality learning and success at ASU-Beebe.
Testing Center Policies
While you are at the Testing Center, please remember the following guidelines:
All examinees are required to present a current government issued photo identification prior to testing. If an individual does not have identification, the exam will not be administered. Students who are taking the CLEP exam must present 2 forms of ID prior to testing. Please refer to the link provided to determine acceptable identification. http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/clep/prep_oed.html
Examinees must be on time. Please report to the Testing Center at least 15 minutes prior to testing. Once a test has begun and the examinee is not in the testing room, you will not be allowed to test. You must reschedule your exam.
To attain a copy of your Compass scores, contact the Registar Office. The Testing Coordinator will not release Compass score reports to previous examinees.
Do not bring cell phones, smartphones (e.g., BlackBerry devices, iPhones), PDAs or other electronic or photographic devices into the testing room. If you do, you will be dismissed from the test, your test fees will be forfeited and your scores will be cancelled.
No food or beverages are allowed in the testing room.
The Testing Center Staff are not responsible for lost or stolen articles left in the testing room. Leave all personal items in your car. The Testing Center Staff will not accept or be responsible for any personal items.
In the event of inclement weather, such as snow, freezing rain, or sleet that may make travel on roads hazardous, examinees are advised to check ASU-Beebe's website at www.asub.edu, or tune in to the following media stations for early notifications: Searcy's KWCK (99.9), KSMD (99.1), or KEAZ (100.7); Batesville's KWOZ (103.3); and TV Channels 4, 7, or 11.
