The focus of gymnastics is the development of skills in a positive, fun-filled atmosphere. The class strives to help students develop a love for physical fitness, gain confidence, learn discipline and to understand the importance of setting goals and the work needed to achieve them.

Students will learn increased motor skills followed by basic tumbling that includes cartwheels, front rolls, backbends and other common gymnastic techniques. As the student progresses through the sessions, balance beam and bar skills will also be introduced.  This class is specifically tailored to teach children without previous experience to showcase their talents. With instructor guidance, all students will be encouraged to select their own music and costume for their performance routine when participating in the spring recital.

The cost of the class is $45 per month OR $165 for a semester (4 months)

Students may start at the beginning of any month.
