If you need help logging in or can’t see your class in Canvas, contact the ASUB Online Help Desk at 501.882.4409. For technical issues within Canvas, contact Canvas Support within your Canvas course by clicking the Help icon in the global navigation menu (emails sent must be sent using your ASUB email address). You will need to provide your full name, student ID # if you know it, and a detailed description of the problem when requesting support.

Make sure your Java, Adobe Flash Player, and Adobe Reader are updated with the most current version.

If you are having problems viewing something in Canvas try using a different Internet browser. For example, if you are using Mozilla Firefox switch to Google Chrome.
It is recommended you shut down your computer once a week so updates are applied.
