If you need help logging in or can’t see your class in Blackboard, contact the Bb Help Desk at 501.882.4409 or email firstname.lastname@example.org (emails sent to the Blackboard Help Desk must be sent using your ASUB email address since it is an internal email address). You will need to provide your full name, student ID # if you know it, and a detailed description of the problem.
The Blackboard Help Desk is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The help desk is closed on holidays and when classes are not in session. In the event of inclement weather the help desk will be closed if the Beebe campus is closed.

If you are having problems viewing something in Blackboard try using a different Internet browser. For example, if you are using Mozilla Firefox switch to Google Chrome.
It is recommended you shut down your computer once a week so updates are applied.
