Advanced Technology and Allied Health Division, 501-882-8822

This division includes the Departments of Agriculture Equipment Technology, Computer Systems Networking Technology, Engineering Graphics Technology (CADD), Medical Laboratory Technology, EMT/Paramedic, Practical Nursing, CNA, and Pharmacy Technician program.

Bookstore, 501-882-8849, Student Center

The bookstore offers textbooks, classroom and study supplies as well as ASU merchandise. Be sure to find out about textbook purchase and buyback dates. 

Business Office, 501-882-8850, State Hall

The business office handles all your student account information such as billing, financial aid disbursements, FACTS payment plans and financial holds.

Business and Agriculture Division, 501-882-8813

This division includes the Departments of Agriculture, Business, Veterinary Technology, Entrepreneurship, Creative Arts Enterprise, ROTC, Health Information (at ASU-Searcy), Hospitality Administration (at ASU-Heber Springs), and operation of the university farm.

If your lifestyle does not permit you to travel to one of the ASU-Beebe campuses for traditional, "face-to-face" classes, check out our online college program. Take courses anywhere you have internet access.

Education and Social Sciences Division, 501-882-8921

The Education and Social Sciences Division consists of the following departments: education and psychology, social science, health, physical education and recreation, and criminal justice.

The main divisional goal is to provided a curriculum that will meet general education requirements and also meet requirements for majors in teacher education, social work, political science, history, geography, physical education, health, sociology, psychology, and criminology.

English and Fine Arts Division, 501-882-4495

The English and Fine Arts division offers courses designed to strengthen skills in written and oral communication; promote greater understanding and appreciation  of literature, philosophy, art and music; study and participate in theatre work; and develop a proficiency in a foreign language.

Financial Aid, 501-882-8845, State Hall

Financial aid can be a lengthy process so it is important to pay careful attention to deadlines and due dates. The financial aid office may not be available to take calls during peak times.

Learning Center, 501-882-8867, Student Center

The Learning Center provides academic support for you as you attend class. Many college needs tutoring, and most professors expect you will access tutoring.

Mathematics and Science Division, 501-882-8815

The division of mathematics and science offers courses in the biological sciences, in the physical sciences, and in the mathematics for students preparing to teach, work in industry or science-related occupations, enter professional school or pursue a graduate program.

Curricula are available to meet the requirements for a major in general science, zoology, botany, chemistry, mathematics, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, medical technology, and allied health areas.

This division consists of the Departments of Air Conditioning, Auto Body Repair, Automotive Technology, Diesel Technology, Electronics, Computerized Machining Technology, Upholstery, Welding Technology, and Petroleum Technology. All programs in this division are offered at the Searcy campus except Upholstery and Welding.

The Registrar's office houses your student records, such as transcripts and immunization records. Pay attention to the important dates they publish and keep a record of your student files. You'll need them.

Student Life, 501-882-8951, Student Center

College is not a spectator sport. In fact, most scholarships, transfer colleges and employers expect you to participate in a student organization. The Student Life office offers hundreds of opportunities for you to get involved and gain valuable leadership skills.

The Student Success Center provides a plethora of services for students, such as Academic Advising for Undecided Students, Career Services, Disability Services, Personal Counseling and Testing Services.

If you are using WebCT/Blackboard in one or more of your classes, and experience technical difficulty, call the help desk for a resolution.

In addition to public safety, the University Police department provides many services for students such as providing rides from class to your car after dark, providing a jump for a dead battery or helping you retrieve keys from a locked car.
