The office of Academic Affairs, located on the second floor of State Hall, provides support for ASU-Beebe faculty in their roles as teachers, advisors, and scholars, contributing to a culture of learning that transforms the lives of all members of our University community.
The Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs oversees the university curriculum and new curricular initiatives, faculty hiring and promotion, and the administration of all academic departments and programs, and offices within the division of Academic Affairs, including Abington Library. The Vice Chancellor has an integral role in the ongoing budget and planning process for the university.
The Office of Academic Affairs publishes the University Catalog and schedule of classes, as well as coordinating Commencement activities. We are also the primary point of contact for the Higher Learning Commission, the accreditation body that monitors university standards and processes to ensure a high-quality learning environment at ASU-Beebe.
The office of Academic Affairs is open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For assistance, call (501) 882-8830 or contact any of the staff members listed below.
