Off-Campus Access to Online Databases

Most of our online products are accessible from off-campus. The Library Catalog does not require any user name and password to access, but if you use several options regarding your account you will need to enter your ASU-Beebe ID number and six-digit birthdate. From there you can place holds, renew items, and verify what you have checked out.

In order to access our online databases off-campus you will need to be affiliated with ASU-Beebe (as a student, faculty or staff). When you open one of the databases, it will ask you for a user name and password. The user name should be the first part of your ASU-Beebe email address (before the @symbol). If you filled out the 2017 admissions application and you created your own password, use that password. If you are a returning student, staff or faculty member, use your user created password. If you have any access problems, please contact Ron Russ, Electronic and Public Services Librarian at or 501.882.8959.
