E. Kindall Public Safety Supervisor Michael Kindall graduated from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Academy in 1976. He has been employed as a police officer since 1975 in various capacities as Chief of Police, Narcotics Investigator, and Patrol Officer. For over 20 years, he has also been a Law Enforcement Instructor. Currently, he is seeking a Liberal Arts and Criminal Justice degree at Arkansas State University-Beebe. Michael has 3 children named Michael, Daniel, and Nikki along with 4 grandchildren. His hobbies include outdoor activities. He has been employed with the University since 2005. |

Cathy Jackson Cathy Jackson has been employed with ASU-Beebe since May 2005. She has worked in the field of law enforcement since February 1978. Cathy has one daughter LeaAnn and lives in Beebe. Her interests include outdoor activities, remodeling projects, and equine activities. |
